“This is devastating news. He was such a hard-working and kindly priest! His kindness to many of my friends, espcially my friend Emil, will always be remembered, and his excellent homilies will be sorely missed. He was always friendly and, if he had a moment to spare, would always stop for a quick word, in between his many, many priestly duties. I know that he would sometimes say the Spanish or Italian language masses, at OLA and St. Barnabas, respectivly, and served other parishes as well.”
