She is survived by: her parents, Diane O'Leary (Costa) and Leo O'Leary; her children, Lola Marie and Michael Leo; her sisters, Tara Gasparro (Paul) and Elaine Chiappetta (Louis); her siblings' children, Isabella, Via and Vincent; and her aunt Catherine OLeary. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
