It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laura J. Edgeworth of Yonkers, New York, who passed away on November 5, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Laura J. Edgeworth to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas J. Kane and Mary Rose Kane (Coring); her husband Robert Haight; her son Timothy Edgeworth; and her brother Thomas Kane.
She is survived by: her children, Patrick Edgeworth (Kimberly), James Edgeworth (Michelle) and Theresa Edgeworth; her stepchildren, John Haight (Kathleen) and Cheryl Haight; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Eggleston (Andrew), Rebecca Kipp (Alex), Kevin, Patrick Moore and Kory Edgeworth; her great grandchildren, Carter Eggleston, Kaiden Kipp and Elliana Moore; and her siblings, Mother Mary Louise Kane and William Kane (Harriett). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
There will be no visiting hours prior to the Mass and expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of a donation to the Sisters of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, 11 Haswell Road, Watervliet, NY 12189 in memory of Laura Edgeworth.
