He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Puzzio and Elena Baratta. He is survived by: his sisters, Rose, Jean, Phyllis, Vera and Louise; his wife Virginia Puzzio (Pizzuro); his children, GloriaJean Puzzio-Clarke (late Michael J. Clarke), Catherine Puzzio Florio (Peter Florio) and Anthony Puzzio (Linda McElroy); his grandchildren, Garry Michael Clarke (Tammy Allen Clarke), Keith Owen Clarke, Elena Clarke, Anthony Puzzio Jr., Cara Michelle Puzzio, Dana Michelle Florio, Emmett J. Florio, Jenna Lynn Puzzio (Kory Kahley) and Jillian Belardo; and his great grandchildren, Emma Clarke, Riley Clarke, Andrew Clarke, Anna Clarke and Fiona Rae Puzzio.
