He was predeceased by: his mother Margarita Medina Negron. He is survived by: his father Luis Manuel Ruiz Andujar; his children, Brenda Lee Ruiz, Yessenia Ortiz, Erika Maldonado, Desiree Rodriguez and Luis Manuel Ruiz III; his grandchildren, Devyn, Brendin, Evan, Eivah, Lucas, Matteo, Manolo, Rosalyn, Derichai, Ryel and Jariel; and his siblings, Joseline Ruiz, Luz Maricel Lopez and Wilfredo Ruiz. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
