She was predeceased by: her parents, Thelma Burwell and Lenward Burwell; and her siblings, James, Charles, Beverly Ann, Lenward and Joseph.

She is survived by: her husband Theodore Eaddy; her sisters, Sylvia Gonzalez of Long Pond, PA, Edith Edwards of Bronx, NY and Jacqueline Mitchell (Ron) of Long Pond, PA; her sister-in-law Mary Ellen Burwell of Pocono Summit, PA; and her friend James Blu. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great niece's and great nephew's, cousins.

Due to the Covid pandemic the family is requesting a private service for the immediate family only.
