She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Uzdejczyk; her mother Jozefa Doroszincowa; and her sisters, Anna Dublanyk and Josephine Shcherby (Bohdan). She is survived by: her significant other Wolodymyr (Walter); her children, Roman Uzdejczyk (Martha) of Vernon, CT, Daria Horbachevsky (Andrij) of Yonkers, NY and Oksana Tomaszewsky (Michael) of Cortlandt Manor, NY.; her grandchildren, Natalie Horbachevsky, Juliana Horbachevsky, Christine Uzdejczyk Perry (Frank), Andrew Uzdejczyk, Matthew Tomaszewsky and Lukian Tomaszewsky; her great grandchildren, Frankie and Walter Perry; and her nieces and nephews, Slawka Laba (Mykola), Stefan Shcherby, Olga DeRosa (Louie) and Grazyna Otulakowski (Piotr).
