He was loved and cherished by many people including : his daughter Victoria Capone-Froio (Lenny); his grandchildren, Vincent Capone-Froio (Kelsey) and Victoria Capone-Froio Moreno (John); and his great grandchild Valentina Victoria Moreno. He was also cherished by his family and friends.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sinatra Memorial (499 Yonkers Ave, Yonkers, NY 10704). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. John the Baptist R. C. Church (670 Yonkers Ave, Yonkers, NY 10704). An entombment was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Ferncliff Cemetery (280 Secor Rd, Hartsdale, NY 10530).
