He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick O'Keeffe and Eileen O'Leary; his siblings, John O'Keeffe and Eileen Priog; and his son Patrick O'Keeffe.
He is survived by: his close friend Arlene; his daughters, Colleen O'Keefe and Kerri Morgan; his grandchildren, Cassidy Trabilcy and Brian Morgan; his significant other Arlene Schlaeger; and his siblings, Kevin O'Keeffe and Ann Johnson.
