He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Sampogna, and Evelyn Sampogna, Sr. (Mucha). He is survived by: his wife Carolann Sampogna (Santariga); his children, Peter "PJ" Sampogna and Toniann Sampogna (Peter Fluker); his grandchildren, Jonathan Fluker and Jayden Fluker; and his sisters, Joann Egloff-Kotash and Olympia Sampogna. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
