He is survived by: his wife Carmen (Reina); his daughters, Marilyn and Jeanette Santiago; his son-in-law Alfonso Fernandez (Pituso); his siblings, Margarita, Jaime, Virgilio and Angel; his grandchildren, Alfonzo Jr., Alexandro, Melisa, Christian and Jinelly; and his great grandchildren, Maribel, Analiz, Xavier, Aiyana, Adriel, Christian, Nathaniel, Nathan, Jaylani and Amiyah.
