He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Zaffuto and Alida Martinez. He is survived by: his sons, Salvatore Zaffuto Jr. (Denise) and Peter Zaffuto (Chrissy); his siblings, Jerry Zaffuto and Lisa Arnold; his grandchildren, Savanna, Salvatore V. Zaffuto, Gabriella and Luke S. Zaffuto; and his former wife Joanne Zaffuto (Joyce Knizeski). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
