With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Silvia D. Hicks of Yonkers, New York, who passed away on July 15, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Beamon and Gertrude Walker Beamon; her husband Jerry D. Hicks; her son Jerry D. Hicks, Jr.; and her siblings, James, Alton Beamon, Carlton Zachary and Diane Beamon.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Andre Hicks, Melissa and Ricky; her great grandchildren, Asha and Allie; and her great great grandchild Derek. She is also survived by her family, friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Whalen & Ball Funeral Home (168 Park Ave, Yonkers, NY 10703).
