He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Harte and Mary Harte. He is survived by: his children, Susannah and Thomas Harte; and his brother James Harte.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Flynn Memorial (1652 Central Park Avenue, YONKERS, NY 10710). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Annunciation Church (470 Westchester Ave, Yonkers, NY 10707).
