He is survived by: his wife Bertha Reed; his children, Antoinette T. Fields and Anthony D. Turner (Monica); his grandchildren, Jessica, Niya Fields, Anthony D. Turner Jr. and Darell Hazel Jr. (South Carolina); and his siblings, Stacey Turner Kennedy (Step) and Jimmie Ingraham.
