He is survived by: his wife Lourdes; his daughter Iris Burgos-Medina; his son-in-law Rey; his children, Jose A. Burgos and Lourdes M. Burgos; and his grandchildren, Audrey Fanelli, Christopher Torres, Stefanie Torres, Jose A. Burgos, Jr., Dolly Beck, Antonio Burgos, Jay Burgos, Brandon and Austin Azize. He is also survived by his great grandchildren.
