He is survived by: his wife Marilyn (Jacobell); his children, Michelle Benjamin (Darryl), Suzanne Tangney (Gene) and Vincent Montemurro (Anna); his grandchildren, John, Alexis, Elizabeth and Kaitlyn; his sister Phyllis Yasko; and his nieces, Karen Menta and Lauren Carruthers.

The family is requesting that in lieu of flowers, a donation be made to The Franciscan Friars of the Renewal, General Steward, 421 E. 155th Street Bronx, NY 10455.
