She is survived by : her husband Louis Schede; her daughter Karissa Vandemark; her granddaughter Theona Vandemark; her parents, Dulce Roa and Julio Salazar; her brothers, Julio Jr. (Felicia Salazar) and Nelson (Christine Salazar); her stepchildren, Louis Schede III (Amanda Ingrassia), Grace (Derrick Green), Nicholas (Lauren Schede) and Andrew Schede (Gabriela Ruiz Reategui); and her children, Theodore, Madeline, Connor, Henry, Penelope and Hunter.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 17th 2024 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Funeral Home & Cremation Services (732 Yonkers Ave, Yonkers, NY 10704). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, May 17th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. John the Baptist Church (670 Yonkers Ave, Yonkers, NY 10704). A burial was held on Friday, May 17th 2024 at 12:45 PM at the Lakeview Cemetery (352 Main St, New Canaan, CT 06840).
