He was predeceased by: his parents, John Troy and Mary Troy (Sullivan); his daughter Colleen; his grandchildren, Connor, Liam, Malachi, Mariah, Tyler and Riley Elizabeth; his siblings, John, Deacon Patrick Troy and Frances Troy McDonagh; his siblings-in-law, Charlotte Troy, John, James and Edward Robertson; and his nephew Scott Troy.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Robertson; his children, Kerri-Anne (Scott Librandi), Timothy (Tia) and Kelli-Anne (John Huxta); and his siblings-in-law, Sue Troy, Clare, Tom Dwyer, Maureen, Richard Houlihan, Dennis and Jean Robertson. He is also survived by his family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in honor of Bill's daughter, Colleen, to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
