He is survived by: his parents, Halil Djonbalaj and Gjyka Djonbalaj; his siblings, Henry Djonbalaj (Marianne), Cela Djonbalaj, Naijle Sellers (Joseph), Floria Thaqi (Smajl) and Fatmire Gjonbalaj Dedushaj (Arben); and his children, Ariana, Gani and Vincent Djonbalic. He is also survived by extended family, nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
