Bouck of Stratford, NY; his grandsons, Holden Bouck and Adam Bouck of Stratford, NY; and his siblings, Jim Hoke of Dolgeville, NY, Kenny Hoke (Tammy) of Dolgeville, NY, Jeff Hoke (Kelly) of Dolgeville, NY and Cindy Mihevc (Andy) of Little Falls, NY. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
