He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Stack and Mildred Stack (Sleezer); and his brother William Stack. He is survived by: his children, Edward Stack, Jr. (Debbie), Karen Ferguson (John), Mary Skuza (Dave), Tina Gorishek, Joe Stack (Linda) and Melissa Hull (Jamie); his sister-in-law Jean Stack of Spruce Lake, NY; and his wife Cindy. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; several great-great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
