He was predeceased by : his brother Paul Andrews; and his parents, Leland C. Andrews and Anna Elizabeth Donnan Andrews. He is survived by : his wife Joan Andrews; his children, William J. Andrews (Rose) of York, Judith E. Barrett (James) of Peoria and Alice Ann Bardeen of York; and his grandchildren, Jessica Quackenbush, Michael Holmes (Ashley), Marianne, William, Bethany Barrett, Riley Andrews (Cheyenne Parks) and Alan Andrews. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
