It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Anthony (Don) Doty (Yorktown, New York), born in Bronx, New York, who passed away on October 29, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Donald worked most of his years as an electrician at the G, E plant in Utica, New York. He loved the outdoors and was happy when he was hiking. and fishing. He was married to the love of his life who predeceased him several years ago Glory Lee Burton Doty. They had their girls Robin, Donna, and Cindy. Don left behind his grandchildren John, Toni, Kelly, Jennifer, Nicholas, Ashley, Sarah and Kalee. Don had more than 33 great grandchildren. Who he loved very much and was called GG very affectionately.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 1st 2023 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Clark & Giordano Funeral Home (2104 Saw Mill River Rd, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598). A mass of christian burial will be held on Thursday, November 2nd 2023 at 10:15 AM at the Church of the Holy Spirit (1969 Crompond Rd, Peekskill, NY 10567).
