She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas M. Johnson Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Smith (David) of Youngstown; her grandchildren, Natalie and Eric; her brother-in-law Richard Johnson (Lee); her niece Heather; and her nephew Michael.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Barbara's name to Niagara Hospice and the Cheektowaga Symphony Orchestra.
