James G. Hildreth Obituary
It is with sadness that the passing of James G. Hildreth of Youngstown, New York is shared. James, born on July 7, 1944, passed away on October 22, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James G. Hildreth to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth E. Hildreth Sr. and Anna Hildreth (Caron); the mother of his children Maureen Montedoro-Hildreth; his wife Elaine Kasprzyk-Hildreth; and his siblings, Cynthia Hildreth-McDermott and Kenneth Hildreth.
He is survived by: his siblings, Joann Hildreth-Daniels and Richard Hildreth (Donna) of Leominster, MA; his children, James Hildreth (Heidi), Thomas Hildreth (Stacy) and Christopher Hildreth (Leigh-Ann); his stepsons, Matthew Kasprzyk and Jake Kasprzyk (Andrea); and his grandchildren, Claire Anne, Andrew, Jona, Brady, Ashleigh, Kayleigh, Lukas and Ethan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home (242 Genesee St, Lockport, NY 14094). A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Jim's memory to Niagara Hospice or the Massachusetts Down Syndrome Congress (MDSC) in Burlington, Massachusetts.
