Stepien of Youngstown, New York, born in Niagara Falls, New York, who passed away at the age of 65, on August 11, 2023. He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Stepien and Mary [Capitan] Stepien; and his siblings, Constance Hodick, Joseph Stepien and Carolyn Ruffino.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Stepien (Eva) and Janelle Tower (Eric); his grandsons, Edison and Arlo Tower; his sisters, Patricia Clark (John) and Mary Gilman (Kevin); and his brothers-in-law, Thomas A. Hodick and John Ruffino (Renee M. Topolski). He is also survived by one niece, five nephews and a grand niece, also many relatives and good friends.
