As Ruth Eleanor departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Ruth Eleanor. Though Ruth Eleanor may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Penny and Katherine Allen; her husband Wendell Wayne Bare; and her siblings-in-law, Linda Lou Bare of Aberdeen, Ohio and Larry Bare.
She is survived by: her daughter Rebecca Hampton (Barry) of Maysville, Kentucky; her sister Jeanie Craig of Williamsburg, Ohio; her niece Sandra Daughtery of Aberdeen, Ohio; and her brother-in-law Dale Bare (Peggy) of Maysville, Kentucky. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A graveside service was held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at the Red Oak Cemetery.
