He is survived by: his mother Glenda Brumley Dearing; his children, Alexis Dearing Ellis (Quincy) and Landon Dearing; his granddaughter Lively Ellis; and his siblings, Brandi Beckett, Daniel Dearing, Carl Dearing and Marvin Dearing (Val Carpenter). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
