He is survived by : his wife Connie Phillips; his sons, Mason Phillips (Vanessa) of Manchester and Ethan Phillips (Sydney) of Aberdeen, Ohio; his grandsons, Zane Phillips and Camden Phillips; his father-in-law Kenny E. Shelton of Aberdeen, Ohio; his siblings, Norma Thomas (Charles) of Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, Denver Phillips (Donna) of Bentonville and Gerald Phillips (Brenda) of Nelsonville, Ohio; and his sisters-in-law, Connie, Dorothy and Jackie.
