She is survived by: her daughter Annette Cogar (Del) of Ada; her granddaughter Patricia Phillips (Hugh); her great grandchildren, Johnathan and Shaina Phillps; her son Thomas McBride (Sherry); her grandchildren, Melissa, Jeramie, Amie, Dawn, Brianna and Mia; and her brother Ronald Motter (Ellie) of Mesquite.
