With heavy hearts, we announce the death of April A. Franklin of Ada, Ohio, born in Lima, Ohio, who passed away on March 12, 2025 at the age of 68. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of April A. Franklin to pay them a last tribute.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint April leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She is survived by: her daughter Jodi Bontempo (Larry); and her siblings, James Klingler (Carla) of Lima, Todd Klingler (Melissa) of Ada, Joyce Fledderjohann (Michael) of Lima and Erin Lehman (Jason) of Ada. She is also survived by three grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hanson-Neely-Allison Funeral & Cremation Services (311 E Lima Ave, Ada, OH 45810). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Liberty Baptist Church at 2955 County Road 20, Ada, Ohio 45810.
