We bid farewell to Carolyn R. Schaffner of Ada, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 29, 2025 at the age of 83. Carolyn touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Lawrence and Inise Lawrence (Lee); her husband Michael H. Schaffner, Jr.; and her siblings, Donny Lawrence and Kay Sanders.
She is survived by: her children, Lana Patterson and Leonard Brewer; her grandsons, Christopher Wilde, Michael Edelen and Kevin Edelen; her great grandchildren, Rose, Violet and Dresden; and her niece Melissa LeVan (Jaime). She is also survived by five brothers and three sisters.
