She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Phillips, and Marjorie Phillips, Sr. (King); her husband Raymond Balogh; her son Jon Kuhn; and her brothers, Milton Phillips, Jr., Darrell Phillips and Merle Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Michelle Kuldas of Dublin, Theresa Brennan (Bill) of Helena, Jennifer Hadley (Ray) of Ada, Sharon Strite (Erik) of Medford, OR, Linda Tenney (James) of Fayette, IA and Adam Blackburn of Ft. Wayne, IN; and her foster children, Roger Neff and Terry Phillips. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and six great grandchildren; and a sister.
