He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilber Eugene "Gene" and Frances M. Clark (Ford); and his brothers, Dennis Clark and Gary Clark. He is survived by: his children, Kelly Wright (Shane) of Ada, Heath Clark (Angie) of Lima and Kristin Dean (Basil) of Wapakoneta; and his grandchildren, Madison Wright, Emily Clark, Evan Clark and Caitlyn Clark.
