He was predeceased by : his parents, George Skaggs and Virginia Skaggs (Dobbs); his daughter Susan Skaggs; and his sister Ann Howe. He is survived by : his wife Mickaleen "Mickki" Louise Skaggs (Kissling); his stepchildren, Mark Alan Wildman and Dr. Rachel Wildman-Dellos (Brandon); his granddaughters, Anna and Eleanora Dellos; his brother-in-law Ralph Howe (Marcia); his nephew Trevor Howe (Jamie); and his brother Dr. Anthony Denisco (Barbara).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to CrossPoint Community Church, The Equestrian Therapy Program (Fassett Farm), or LifeLine of Ohio.
