She was predeceased by: her mother Eva Woodgeard (Fetherolf); her father-in-law Raymond Smith; and her brother-in-law Raymond "Butch" Smith. She is survived by: her father Thomas Woodgeard; her husband David Smith; her children, Haylee Smith and Brittany Berry (Richard); her grandchildren, Alexis, Mackenzie Barnes, Damien Hart, Nina, Raymond Oakes, Sarrah, Richard IV and Eva Berry; her brothers, Troy Woodgeard (Kellie) and Brian Woodgeard (Melissa); her mother-in-law Geneva Smith; her brothers, Rick Smith (Sandy), Chuck Smith (Jocene), Tom Smith (Rhonda), Jeff Smith (Angie) and Bryan Smith (Joy); and her sisters-in-law, Debbie Kramer and Johanna Smith. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wellman Funeral Home (16451 OH-56, Laurelville, OH 43135). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at the Green Summit Cemetery (11086-11162 OH-180, Laurelville, OH 43135).
