He was predeceased by: his parents, Presley Durbin and Doris Durbin; his wife Lydia; and his siblings, Marie, Dolly, Malcom, Dean, Wayne and Hugh.

He is survived by: his sisters, Shirley Campise of Hopedale and Sue Evans (Bill) of Massillon; his children, Larry Durbin (Sandy), Sharon Durbin Adams, Richard Durbin (Dana) and Scott Durbin (Trenda); his grandchildren, Bryan Durbin (Becky), Melissa Durbin, Rachel Fyffe (Steven), Nicole Scharlach (Scott), Kaci Adams (Joshua Grubbs), Ricky Durbin (Loren), Ryan Durbin (Megan), Chad Durbin (Kayla) and Courtney Pinkston (Travis); his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Cecilia Durbin, Daniel Duill (Morgan), Elden, Logan, Linken, Eden Fyffe, Sophie, Stella Scharlach, Zayne Keiser, Zoey Kimble, Ian, Liliana Durbin, Maverick, Hudson and Nash Durbin; and his great great grandchild Lucy Duill.
