He is survived by: his siblings, Carl Kutay (Cecilia) and Carol Thomas; his nieces and nephews, Debra Kutay, Barbara Smith (Jim), Sharon White (Rusty), Heather, Nicole Thomas, Michael Kutay (Laurie), David Kutay (Arlene), Daniel, Christopher White, Marion, Ryan and Benjamin Kutay; and his sister-in-law Irene Kutay.
