He was predeceased by: his father Bernard "Bernie" Matusik; and his grandparents, Kathleen, Stanley Goff and Frances. He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Kay Matusik (Goff); his wife Christy Matusik; his sister Paulette Ledfors (Rob); his son Zack Matusik; his niece Katie Roberts (Adam); and his great-nephews, Uriah and Matthias Roberts.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Borkoski Funeral Home (60 S Bridge St, Adena, OH 43901). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Adena American Legion (79 Hanna Ave, Adena, OH 43901).
