He was predeceased by: his wife Anne Mae McGinty (Picha); his parents, Anthony McGinty and Catherine McGinty (Calvey); and his sisters, Marian Shuki, Kathleen Coyne, Eileen Hondlik and Theresa McGinty.
He is survived by: his children, Daniel McGinty (Kim), Kathleen McGinty and Maureen McGinty; his granddaughters, Kathryn Kolbe (Derek), Megan Fletcher (Brian), Stephanie McGinty and Emily McGinty; his great grandchildren, Quinton McGinty, Colson Kolbe, Cara Kolbe, Seneca Fletcher, Dakota Fletcher and Edward McGinty-Howard; his sister Noreen Kitko of Denver, CO; and his caregiver Mary Lich.
