He was predeceased by: his parents, John Clayton and Ruhama Butler; and his son Dennis. He is survived by: his wife Pam (Rentz); his daughters, Kim (Tim) and Lori (Jeff); his daughter-in-law Rhonda; and his granddaughters, Raegan, Ryleigh (Logan) and Kamryn.
