He is survived by: his children, Pam Higgins, Sandy Higgins, Elwood, Tina (Billy) and Tammy; and his siblings, Hazel Lloyd, Barbara Grey (Doug), Bert Tomey (James), Denny Martin and Virgil Higgins. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren.
