He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Welfley and Gertrude Welfley; and his brother John E. Welfley. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy (Dot); his children, Mark (Karen), David, Shelli Traegner (Willy), Wendy Smith (Steve) and Hope Whetsel (Charles); and his sister Linda Seabeck (George). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
