He is survived by: his wife Pam; his sons, Anthony, Andrew, Aaron (Liz) and Alex (Alix); his grandchildren, Eli, Gina, Giulia and Gemma; and his sisters, Brenda and Debbie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
