She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Sr. McRae and Susie Jackson McRae; and her siblings, Irma McRae, Winifred McRae, Evelyn Mullins, Mildred Watson, Geraldine Minter, Dorothy McRae, Annie Brown, William, Albert, Lowell, Raymond Jr., Donald and Robert McRae.

She is survived by: her sons, Samuel L. Jackson of Youngstown and Dwayne Jackson (Althea) of Akron, OH; and her siblings, Gwendolyn Weaver of Youngstown and Harold D. McRae of Chicago. She is also survived by five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; a great great grandson.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Andrewes AME Church (521 W Earle Ave, Youngstown, OH 44511). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
