It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Boris Rakowsky in Akron, Ohio, who passed away on February 15, 2026, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Boris Rakowsky to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jaroslaw Rakowsky and Nina Rakowsky (Popel). He is survived by: his brother Roman Rakowsky (Daria); his nephews, Dr. Mark (Katrina), Cornelius (Tania), Damian (Gloria) and Peter (Shana); and his family, Pati Patrick, Wildon Ellison, Max Ellison and Paige Ellison. He is also survived by eight grandnieces and grandnephews and a large extended family.
