He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bernel and Doreen Bernel; and his pets, Sammy and Chester. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his daughter Rene Molenaur (Barret); his stepdaughters, Noelle Bowman and Stephanie Bowman; and his grandchildren, Adam, Ava, Langdon and Ivar.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 4:00 PM.
