He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Eldean and Mary Margaret McEwen; and his sister Patricia Dangerfield. He is survived by: his wife Christina McEwen; his brother Jon McEwen (Susan); and his daughters, Karen McEwen (late Josh Farthing), Sandra McEwen (Warren Marshall) and Heather Vidmar-McEwen (Michael). He is also survived by his four grandchildren.
