He is survived by: his children, Adam, Nathan, Samuel and Leah Dubravetz; his wife Michele Dubravetz; and his siblings, Mike Dubravetz (Judy), Carole Summers (Steve), Tom Dubravetz (Robin), Frank Dubravetz Jr. (Suzanna), Kathy Dubravetz, David Dubravetz (Kit) and Steve Dubravetz.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Dubravetz Family C/O the funeral home.
